Today Tom Barrett announced that he has agreed to do nine debates with Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker. Of those nine debates, Scott Walker has only agreed to do two, one of which is in Milwaukee on Oct. 15 and the other in Madison on Oct. 29.
