MADISON — Multimillionaire Tea Partier Ron Johnson spent his first official week on the campaign trail refusing to provide any of his solutions or ideas, and instead, he’s put forth only slogans he’s used in the past at Tea Party rally’s like this in Oshkosh.

MADISON — Leaving his state to escape record low approval ratings, Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty will crown Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker as the preferred candidate of the Republican Party of Wisconsin during the RPW Convention this weekend.
MADISON — A new report out yesterday by the Wisconsin State Journal confirms that former Democratic Commerce Secretary Dick Leinenkugel, who is running in the Republican primary for U.S. Senate, kicked-off his campaign on the taxpayer’s dime. Secretary Leinenkugel registered his campaign Web site with his state phone, at the Department of Commerce the same day he announced he’d be leaving the Doyle Administration.

The DPMC will run the message, “Scott Walker has failed Milwaukee. Don’t let him fail Wisconsin,” on electronic billboards along his route to the Wisconsin GOP convention, where he will be crowned their nominee for governor.
MADISON — Multimillionaire Tea Party extremist Ron Johnson officially entered the Republican primary for U.S. Senate yesterday. In separate interviews, Johnson said that the moment he decided to run came while he was watching Fox News talking head Dick Morris on TV call for a “rich guy from Wisconsin” to run for Senate. After watching the segment, Johnson wonders if the pundit was “talking” to him.
