Sean Duffy Comes Out Against Build Back Better Agenda, Will Radical Rebecca Kleefisch Do the Same?
MADISON, Wis. — Last week on Fox News, New Jersey resident and Donald Trump’s pick for Wisconsin governor Sean Duffy came out against the Build Back Better Framework and Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal — historic bills that will combat climate change, create resilient infrastructure, lower costs and cut taxes for working families, and create thousands of new jobs across Wisconsin.
Republicans in Congress have launched relentless attacks against President Biden’s agenda, proving they’ll put partisan political games over working families. Duffy joined this chorus, calling it “catastrophic for America” and saying, “I don’t like this.” We all know that GOP gubernatorial candidate Radical Rebecca Kleefisch won’t let another potential candidate be further to the right of her on any issue.
Time and again, Kleefisch has proven she’ll say and do anything to paint herself as the most extreme candidate, and it’s only a matter of time before she comes out against this transformational investment for Wisconsin.
“Sean Duffy ‘doesn’t like’ creating thousands of jobs, lower costs for working families, and creating resilient infrastructure because Democrats are leading the charge,” said Rapid Response Director Kayla Anderson. “Once again, Wisconsin Republicans are letting politics and partisanship get in the way of supporting help for the American people. With her political rival coming out against investments in Wisconsin’s economy, will Radical Rebecca Kleefisch do the same?”
