DPW Launches New Website, Online Tools

Jun 15, 2008

The Democratic Party of Wisconsin today launched its new website. The launch of the new website comes as part of dynamic new online tools invigorating Democratic efforts this year.

The new site includes improved usability, up to date news and information on how to help Democrats elect Barack Obama, take back the State Assembly and expand the majority in the State Senate. To see the new site, go to www.wisdems.org. New tools additional pages, and up to date content will be continually added in the coming weeks and months.

Along with the new website, Wisconsin volunteers now have access to the online Neighborhood Volunteer tool.

“Helping elect Democrats in Wisconsin has never been easier,” DPW Chairman Joe Wineke said. The new online Neighborhood Volunteer tool allows volunteers to log on and print a list of targeted voters in their community, along with campaign literature tailored to their neighborhood.

“Our new online tools help invigorate grassroots organizing around Wisconsin, making it easier than ever to carry the Democratic message door to door and neighbor to neighbor,” Wineke said. “As we open more offices and expand our efforts across the state, we’ll continue to have our organizing integrated online.”
