Mark Neumann’s Official Run for Governor
MADISON – Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate released the following statement in response to Mark Neumann’s official announcement of his run for governor.
“Mark Neumann’s record of extremism speaks for itself, and no amount of technology or creativity can cover up his extreme right-wing views and anti-consumer business practices.
Time and time again, Mark Neumann has made clear that he does not have the best interests of Wisconsin citizens in mind, and he certainly won’t as Governor either. It takes more than an online press conference to impress Wisconsin voters; it takes a real commitment to advancing the priorities of working families.
While Democrats across the state are hard at work moving Wisconsin forward, Mark Neumann continues to run a campaign without any new ideas or any real solutions. I look forward to contrasting the accomplishments of our Democratic candidates with the out-of-touch and out-of-step rhetoric of Mark Neumann.”
