Now You See It…Walker “Disappears” Facebook Hypocrisy

MADISON – Scott Walker has taken hypocrisy to his Facebook Page, where screenshots show he’s deleting questions from voters addressing his stance on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). (see attachments below)

It all began with a Facebook post yesterday afternoon, linking to his February 2009 op-ed in the Wall Street Journal titled “Why I’m not lining up for stimulus handouts.”

Of course, he did line up for money to plug holes in his disastrous budget and what Walker didn’t show was his own press release announcing his application for $130 million worth of ARRA funding. Luckily, one voter noticed this omission and asked about it in the post below, which was deleted within minutes of being posted:

“Scott Walker isn’t very Facebook friendly to voters who want the truth about his stance on recovery funds,” Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate said Thursday. “”Hypocrisy” isn’t a very good status update.”
