News is breaking today that Walker’s sweetheart deal with British-based Wackenhut has resulted in the hiring of felonsand for people who have been trucked in from as far away as Florida.
A group of Milwaukee County supervisors released the news in a report this morning that accompanies their residency requirement resolution.
“Scott Walker can finally say truthfully that he has created jobs. The problem is that he has done it with a foreign firm who hires felons to provide security at the courthouse,” Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate said Thursday. “Only a guy who eats $2,400 steak dinners and gives himself a $50,000 raise and claims he packs a brown bag lunch would fail to see the irony in this.”
