MADISON– Shocking reports are emerging about new security lapses at Scott Walker’s mental health facility, where a patient that was supposed to be supervised left the facility and assaulted a woman in her home.
The family has called on Walker to release a report dating to 2008 that he is withholding, and which speaks to security at the facility.
