MADISON-Talgo, the manufacturer that would have created hundreds of jobs at an abandoned plant in Milwaukee, said it would move those jobs to Illinois if Scott Walker goes through with his plans to kill the high-speed rail project that he previously had supported, and which would have created thousands of other good-paying jobs.
