MADISON– Following is the statement of Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate following the news that Scott Walker and his administration will comply with Dane County Judge Maryann Sumi’s court order blocking the implementation of the budget repair bill.
“Perhaps Judge Sumi’s third court order was the charm for Scott Walker. We are pleased that Scott Walker has finally recognized that he is not above the rule of law.”
