MADISON-After corporate front group “Club For Growth” endorsed perennial loser Mark Neumann, news is breaking that crackpot State Senator Frank Lasee will be joining the extremist Tea Party field for the Republican Senate nomination.
The cluttered stable already includes Scott Walker handpuppet Jeff Fitzgerald and corporate lobbyist Tommy Thompson.
“Frank Lasee is the latest example of the Republican lurch to the right that puts Wisconsin’s middle class at risk,” Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate said. “This is a bunch that would slash Medicare and Social Security to pieces, all to finance massive tax breaks for hedge fund managers and corporations that ship Wisconsin jobs overseas. These candidates will serve a narrow band of Tea Party activists-but the rest of Wisconsin’s seniors, farmers, students and working families clearly don’t matter to them.”
