MADISON — Following is the response of Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate to another misleading Scott Walker television advertisement.
“Under Scott Walker, Wisconsin leads the nation in jobs loss. Walker has been focused on political power grabs and rewarding political friends. And heaven help you if you lose a job in Walker’s Wisconsin as you will have to wait an extra week for needed benefits and you are more likely to join the ranks of those kicked off health care or with benefits severely curtailed.
Walker has likewise attacked the engine of economic growth in Wisconsin, namely our research and vocational technical education systems. And displaying a staggering lack of understanding how jobs actually are created, Walker has spent his time on press conferences and badmouthing neighboring states instead of pursuing bipartisan policies focused on small businesses.”
