LA CROSSE – Former Congressman Dave Obey, known for his straight-forward approach, will speak to volunteers tomorrow at a 4 p.m. rally about the importance of the recall efforts.
Obey will touch on the rationale behind the recall, including Walker’s anti-family, anti-worker agenda and his harmful cuts to education and healthcare.
Obey was the U.S. Representative for Wisconsin’s 7th congressional district for 21 consecutive terms, serving the state’s residents from 1969 – 2011.
