The Democratic Party of Wisconsin has announced that 5 p.m. on Friday, April 6 is the deadline for filing a Statement of Intent and Pledge of Support form. This form is required to be eligible to become a national convention district level delegate.
The 2012 Democratic National Convention will take place Sept 3-6 in Charlotte, NC. The Democratic National Convention is held every four years to nominate and confirm a candidate for President and Vice President, adopt a platform, and unify the Democratic Party.
This year, Wisconsin will bring 111 delegates to the national convention.
