In anticipation of the first U.S. Senate debate, Wisconsin Democrats released a new web video featuring news coverage of Washington insider Tommy Thompson’s vow to Tea Party extremists that he would “do away with” Medicare and turn it into a voucher program.
The secretly taped video caused an uproar nationally this week and Thompson has scrambled to run away from what he said in private.
