Following is the statement of Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate on the news that state Sen. Kathleen Vinehout has been released from the hospital following injuries sustained in a winter weather-related car accident on Sunday.
“It’s a relief to hear that Senator Vinehout has been released from the hospital and that her injuries were not as serious as they could have been given the dangerous roads and extreme weather conditions yesterday.
“We continue to wish Kathleen well as she begins the recovery process and look forward to hearing from her when she is back in action.”
