ICYMI: Derrick Van Orden Smears Alex Pretti, Claims Murder Victim Went to “Confront Federal Law Enforcement Authorities” and got into “Shoving Match”
“…if [Pretti] wasn’t emboldened to do that he would still be alive today.” — Derrick Van Orden blaming Alex Pretti, a VA ICU nurse, for being executed by Trump’s federal militants.
MADISON, Wis. — In response to the execution of Alex Pretti, Derrick Van Orden spread lies about the victim and completely contradicted what has been recorded in numerous videos. Van Orden claimed that Pretti, who was a VA ICU nurse, went to protest to”confront federal law enforcement authorities with a loaded weapon” and that he got into a “shoving match.”
Rep. Tony Wied similarly smeared Pretti for being executed while Rep. Tom Tiffany claimed to have not seen the video.
